What we expect

Honest work, accurate profile information, and one account per person.

• Do your own work, in your own voice, in a language you genuinely speak
• No synthetic or machine-generated submissions unless the task asks for them
• No sharing of client material outside the platform
• Flag a task that is broken, unsafe or outside what you agreed to

What you can expect from us

Clear guidelines, a fair test before you are held to a standard, and a published payout schedule.

• Published rates, agreed before you start a task
• A reason on every rejection and a route to appeal it
• Exposure limits and opt-out on distressing content
• Your data downloadable, and deletable, on request

Enforcement

Duplicate accounts, plagiarism, synthetic submissions and location misrepresentation lead to suspension and clawback of the affected payments. Every enforcement action carries a stated reason and can be appealed.
