Scope

Using this site means you accept these terms. Paid engagements are governed by a signed master services agreement and statement of work, which take precedence where they conflict with anything here.

Using the site

Reasonable use, in short.

• Do not probe, breach or disrupt the site or platform, or access accounts that are not yours
• Do not scrape, republish or resell content from this site without written permission
• Do not upload unlawful material, malware, or data you do not have the right to share

Quotes and estimates

Catalogue prices are indicative and exclude taxes. A quote is binding only when issued in writing and accepted. Timelines, recruitment windows and quality figures given before scoping are good-faith projections.

Custom data work

Scope, volumes, formats, quality thresholds, acceptance criteria and pricing are set in the statement of work. Unless it says otherwise:

• Deliverables are accepted or rejected against the agreed criteria within the review window
• Rejected items in scope are reworked once at no charge
• Intellectual property in bespoke deliverables transfers on full payment, with contributor consents
• Guideline changes mid-project are handled as a written change order

Catalogue datasets

Off-the-shelf datasets are licensed, not sold. Each dataset page and its licence set out permitted use, exclusivity and redistribution rules. Redistribution in whole or substantial part is not permitted without written agreement.

Warranties and liability

We warrant that deliverables will materially meet the acceptance criteria in the statement of work and that work is performed with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that the site is provided as is. Neither party is liable for indirect loss, and total liability is limited to fees paid under the relevant statement of work in the preceding twelve months, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Muzaffarpur, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement specifies otherwise.
