The contributor community is how the network actually gets the work done. This role grows and runs that community across Europe: recruiting contributors, keeping them engaged, and making sure the guidelines are actually followed.

What you'll do
- Grow the contributor community across Europe on the platforms contributors actually use, including Discord, Reddit and X.
- Run onboarding so new contributors reach their first paid task quickly and correctly.
- Keep contributors engaged with campaigns, updates and a channel where questions get answered the same day.
- Enforce task guidelines in the community, and flag where a guideline itself is the problem.
- Coordinate with delivery on project timelines, and escalate risk before it becomes a missed batch.
- Report growth, engagement and quality metrics back to the team monthly.
What we need
- 2+ years running or growing an online community, ideally in a gig, crowd-work or creator context.
- Strong written English; a second European language is a plus, not a requirement.
- Comfortable troubleshooting a contributor's task problem directly, not just routing tickets.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Time spent inside a crowdsourcing or gig-economy platform yourself, as a contributor or as staff.
