The contributor and vendor network is the delivery engine. This role finds and qualifies the freelancers, agencies and language specialists who fill the gaps our own pool can't, then keeps the relationship and the rate honest.

What you'll do
- Source freelancers, agencies and language specialists across the modalities we collect: speech, image, video and text.
- Qualify new vendors against a task-specific test before they touch paid work.
- Negotiate rates and terms that hold up against the quality bar, not just the lowest bid.
- Match vendor capability to an incoming project's language, domain and volume, with delivery leads.
- Track onboarding time and vendor performance, and retire the ones who don't clear the bar.
- Find where a rate or a process is costing more than it should, and fix it.
What we need
- 2-5 years sourcing vendors, freelancers or contributors, ideally in data, BPO or a comparable outsourced-workforce business.
- Comfortable negotiating cost and scope directly, not just passing quotes along.
- Used to coordinating across time zones and languages you may not personally speak.
- A graduate degree in any discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for a specific language, dialect or a regulated domain such as healthcare, legal or financial.
